Sarah Swain

Assistant Project Manager

Sarah Swain joined CCA in 2022 and is currently an Assistant Project Manager. In this role, she is responsible for underwriting potential new development opportunities, assisting and compiling applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and managing lender and investor due diligence. She also remains involved in the oversight of projects through construction completion.

In addition to her role as Assistant Project Manager, Sarah also performs day to day accounting tasks and manages monthly construction draws and their various funding sources for projects currently under construction. Sarah graduated from Towson University in 2020 with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Legal Studies. Prior to joining CCA, she spent time working in both the accounting and residential mortgage industry.
